Will more flags be added?

Outside of the Design Request pledge level, we are not planning to add any more flags or designs to this campaign. We hope you can find at least one flag you identify with. For more information on the Design Request pledge level, see the pledge level description.

Can we get the 2022 pins or other merch?

Reprinted merch of these designs will be available to unlock in the post-campaign survey depending on interest. See the 2022 Pride Angels Restocks section for more details. If an older design is not funded as part of the campaign, you can find them with my stockists.

Is it okay if I get merch even if I don't identify with the flag?

Yes, that’s absolutely fine and encouraged! The more orders we get for a design, the more extras we’ll order, so don’t feel like you’re taking away merch from someone else. You’ll be helping to make it available to even more people.

Can I include items from your shops with my order?

For ease of fulfillment I am not offering shop item bundling for this campaign.

My situation changed and I need a refund.

If the campaign funding period is still in progress, you can cancel your pledge. If the campaign has ended, you have 14 days from the campaign end date to request a full refund. After this time no refunds will be given. The only exception is if I am unable to ship to you, and this refund will be minus any Backerkit fees and taxes.

Can I change my survey selections?

No, unlike in my previous campaigns you will not be able to change your survey selections once surveys are locked. This is because of the order quantity requirement to fund many of the campaign items.

When will you charge cards for pledges and addons?

You can expect a charge when the campaign ends and again once surveys lock.

Will backers get a coupon for extras?

Yes, backers will get a coupon for campaign extras in my shop. However I cannot guarantee leftovers will be available of all items, to guarantee getting an item it’s best to pledge during the campaign.

Is shipping flat rate?

Yes, shipping is flat rate, and will be charged in the survey. Please see the Shipping section for more details.

How can we get pins of the other designs?

Those designs will be funded as pins in the post-campaign survey/preorder store, please see the Survey section for more details.

Should we pledge for just the campaign pins, or the other designs as well?

Please pledge for only the designs available in the campaign. There is no guarantee the additional designs will be funded, so you risk overpaying if you pledge for them too.

Are the guest artist designs available as campaign pins/options in the survey?

Yes, the guest artist designs can be selected in the survey. Any pins shown on the campaign page that we have reached the funding goal for, will be available to select.

Will the Design Request angels be available to all backers?

Yes, these designs are just like all the other designs and are available to all backers. They are available as stickers and keychains, and can be unlocked as pins, patches, and lanyards depending on order quantity in the survey/preorder store.

Why can't you ship to Germany and France?

I am unable to ship to these countries due to their local packaging laws. If you are located in Germany or France, please read my About Page/FAQ for information about my stockists who can ship to you, or help me find a stockist near you.

Will I be charged for items that don't reach their funding goal?

No, any items that do not reach their funding goal will be removed and you will not be charged for them.

I missed the campaign and preorder store, can I still get the items?

Yes, any leftovers will be made available in my shop after campaign fulfillment is complete, but no guarantees there will be leftovers of everything.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
